Time optimization in cell phone uses

I always asked myself how time value is managed through communication by SMS. One of the results of my PhD research is the time optimization; this represents one of the most important reasons for the wide spread use of SMS. This is a presentation that I had during one of my classes. The ppt presentation is not so well done visually speaking, so sorry for that. But the content is ok, I guess.
